"wonderful and individual 50ies apartment with 121 sqm in emabssy area, french concession - contract takeover" we are searching for our nice four rooms, two bathrooms, kitchen freshly renovated apartment, balkony face to south; one side to hunan lu and the other in a green garden (n/w). we rented the apartment which is built in the 50's and has a lot of character because we wanted to stay in something quiet and relaxing green, no high rise. it's located in french concessions greenest area with the best air in shanghai, hunan lu / wukang lu. subway hengshan lu is 5-7 min. walk, busses on fuxing lu and huaihai lu is 3 min walk. there is 2 parks, less than 5 min. walk. bars, restaurants all walking distance. fruit- and vegetable market, as well as grocery store and 24h lawson, all around the corner. the landlord is very nice, they let us do whatever we want in the apartment concerning furniture and renovation, it's in the contract. the rent will be 8000 rmb a month + 2 months deposit. we have to leave because of visa problems, we really love our apartment and are really sad to let go. if you are interessted and please send to: mads.goldberg@gmail.com
